Shared Ownership Developments
Unity believes in giving people every opportunity to own and manage their own property and as such has created several developments featuring shared-ownership properties, for instance the Highfields (Wortley), the Scott Halls (Chapeltown), and the Beverleys (Beeston).
The shared-ownership scheme gives people the chance to own a percentage of their home, providing opportunities for first-time buyers in what is an increasingly challenging economic climate.
