In these tough economic times, Radio Aire is looking for support to get as many people back into work as possible. For the first time, prospective employers are able to advertise their vacancies for free on Radio Aire’s website and broadcast opportunities to their listeners.

Interested in applying for an apprenticeship?

Apprenticeships can open more doors than you’d think. You can even earn while you learn. Apprentices stay in employment, two thirds staying with same employer and one third get a promotion within a year.

Apprenticeships are offered by employers who will provide training and pay you to work while you are learning. Apprenticeships are for people of all ages. You can apply for an Apprenticeship after year 11,12 or 13. You can even now apply for an apprenticeship at a higher level which means you can study a degree whilst you complete it!

If you’re over 25 you can find out details of all the live vacancies from your local Job Shop, Job Centre or Job Centre Plus. There are around 200 live vacancies in Leeds right now.
