‘My Unity’ brings unexpected benefits to tenants!

Due to the impact of the govenment’s Welfare Reform, many tenants will have to monitor their outgoings much more carefully from April 2013.

‘My Unity’ is an online resource that allows Unity tenants to:

• Report repairs and see your repairs history
• View and print up-to-date rent statements
• Monitor your rent charges and make payments online

For some tenants, signing up to ‘My Unity’ brought additional benefits as they were entered into a free prize draw, The prizes of an LCD flat-screen TV, a digital MP3 player, and a £30 Argos voucher were offered to the winners.

Ms Ruddock (pictured), Meanwood, received the second prize of the digital MP3 player. She made the following comments: ‘I’m pleasantly surprised to receive the second prize as I hadn’t even realised I was being entered into a prize draw.’
