Allpay direct debit update

Some of our customers may have experiences difficulties with double direct payments being taken out of their bank accounts last week via Allpay. The problem is nationwide, affecting customers all over the country, including Unity Housing Association. We have been in contact with Allpay and they have assured us that all affected customers should be refunded by the close of business today – Tuesday 12th September.
