New Out-of-Hours Emergency Number for Stratford Court

On 3rd May, ESH Property Services are moving to a new location and upgrading all of their systems.

This means that there is a new number that Stratford Court residents will need to ring in case of an emergency repair. The new number will be 0300 303 4917. This line is already active.

Stratford Court residents are advised to use this alternative number until the Defects Liability Period ends on 30th June. All emergency repairs should be reported using the numbers below after this time.

This will not affect any other tenants or any other schemes. All other tenants should continue to use 0845 634 2766 for emergency repairs and 01757 244 510 for emergency gas repairs.
