If you are one of the candidates who has expressed an interest in one of our new properties at Stratford Court, you may be wondering why you haven’t heard from us.

You may be aware that Unity is in the process of letting properties at two other major developments and this has caused some delays in assessing candidates for Stratford Court.

Please be assured that no properties have been allocated yet, and you have not necessarily missed your chance to be considered. Please bear with us at this particularly busy time.

These properties are nearly all apartments, although there are a couple of bungalows too. I'm afraid that bidding for these properties is now closed although we may have opportunities for you to buy one of our sale units through the shared-ownership scheme?
