Paying your rent by Standing Order?

In February, all tenants received a letter stating how much your rent has increased by per week for the following year.

For tenants paying rent by direct debit, the adjustment has been made automatically, however if you are paying your rent by standing order, you need to make the change yourself, otherwise you could be in rent arrears without even realising!

Call our Customer Service Team on 0113 200 7700 if:

  • You need reminding how much your rent is
  • You need help working out how much you need to pay each week or each month
  • You need a new Standing Order form
  • You are struggling to pay your rent – we may able to reach an agreement with you to help you keep your rent account clear
  • You want to discuss other ways of paying your rent, like direct debit (you can even set this up over the phone!)

If you want to have more control over your rent account, you can also sign up to ‘My Unity’ to monitor your rent charges and make payments online. With ‘My Unity’ you can also report your repairs and see repairs ordered against your property. Click here to sign up today, for free.
