Kickstart trainees start at Unity

Since October 2021 Unity has employed 2 kickstart trainees. Who will be developing their skills in housing administration as well as enterprise administration. The initial 6 month job placements are designed to support the trainees to develop the skills and experience they need to find work after completing the programme. The trainees will be shadowing unity staff, working in various departments. They will be working in the office and with housing officers on tenancy visits.
