Are you aware of our online services?

With the launch of the new website on February 1st, and ‘My Unity’ the online tenant account management system gaining more and more subscribers.

This week our Marketing & Communications Intern has been out and about on our estates, to inform our residents of the online services we are now offering.*

Lewis will be completing a short survey (which will take you less than 5 minutes to complete), informing you of the features on our new website, plus he will also be highlighting the benefits of registering to use ‘My Unity.’

New Website

The website has now been designed to create a ‘one stop shop’ type experience for users. There will be corporate information about Unity Group, housing related and community news and events, job opportunities within Unity and the wider community (with the Unity Employment Services webpage), and financial support advice.

As well as being informative, one of the main aims of the project was to make the site more interactive. With this in mind, there are a number of contact forms for tenants to communicate with Unity digitally so the website itself will allow tenants to:

  • Report repairs
  • Log complaints/compliments
  • Make ‘Value for Money’ suggestions
  • Comment on news and event articles
  • Complete surveys online; and much more.
