You can now exchange with another Unity tenant!

The aim of the new Unity to Unity mutual exchange scheme is to ensure people are living in the right size property.

Moving home will be quicker as there is no need to bid.

From the beginning of April, if you have one ‘spare’ bedroom in your home you could lose 14% of your housing benefit. If you have two or more ‘spare’ bedrooms you could lose 25%.

If you don’t want to be affected by the housing benefit reduction, you could consider swapping homes with another Unity tenant.
