As you may be aware, both Unity Business Centre and Chapeltown Enterprise Centre have benfitted from £1.4 million of improvement works in the last few months, increasing the number of facilities and the level of service we are able to offer existing and prospective tenants. the project has been funded by the European Regional Development Fund, Leeds City Council and Unity.

Works have included re-cladding the roofs, new doors and windows, new lifts, new signage and new data cabling for faster broadband.
