Aissa has been a tenant of the Association since 2019 and works as a Building and Estates Manager within the NHS Leadership Academy which, aims to help everyone in the NHS discover their full leadership potential and achieve the highest standards in health and care.
He has held several management roles in this country and aboard including other roles within the NHS and Bradford University.
Aissa manages the Hyde Park under 8’s football team, a charity that focus’s on ensuring that children from different backgrounds have equal opportunity in an environment that encourages them to successfully integrate into the community.
