Fork to Fork is a food growing and cooking project, supporting people to develop gardening and cooking skills, meet new people and get involved with their local community. The project will help participants build the skills to become volunteers who will maintain a community garden.

15th November – Indoor winter growing. How to grow shoots micro greens and sprouts over winter months. Both nutritional powerhouses, and cheap!
